No more unique passives

Ever tired that you can't stack that Zhonya's? Yea... me too. Ever tired that you can only get one Bloodthirster with 20% life steal. These first world problems can be stopped right here, right now... Make a mode where you can build an infinite number of any items where fun is limitless. Ever wanted stacking mobility boots? WHO DIDN'T IS THE BETTER QUESTION! (halleluiah) Or taking your opponent to 10% health just with dfg's. Those would be the best days of our lives... Another idea is in champ select/ban select instead of banning champions, ban items????? I'm aware that many people will be like "duh this won't work", "sooo stopid", or even "uninstall". (a single tear) Lets get rid of the hate and add the creativity. Btw, don't know what a poll is or how to add one.
