Here is a list of all of the item suggestions I have made over the past 2 - 3 months. They have all been changed based on people's suggestions and my own considerations. Executioner's Scythe +45 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive - Executioner: Physical Damage inflicts Grievous Wounds on enemy champions for 5 seconds. UNIQUE Passive - Execution Slash: The first basic attack against a shielded enemy ignores all shields, and applies Executioner for 10 seconds instead.
Ionian Armor of Flight +300 Health +5% Movement Speed +10% Cooldown Reduction
UNIQUE Passive - Harmonized Flight: Reduce all damage taken while airborne by 20%. UNIQUE Passive - Soft Landing: Gain a shield that blocks 400 damage and 20% Tenacity for 3 seconds upon landing after being airborne.
Runic Broadsword +250 Health +300 Mana +30 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive - Eternity: 15% of damage taken from enemy champions is gained as Mana. Spending Mana restores 20% of the cost as Health, up to 35 per spell cast. UNIQUE Passive - Standing Strength: Gain Health equal to 75% of bonus Attack Damage.
Sharpshooter’s Pistol +50 Attack Damage +10% Cool Down Reduction
UNIQUE Passive - Unguarded Focus: Deal 4% more damage for each second in combat with champions (20% maximum). Taking damage from an enemy champion resets this item’s bonus damage.
Berserker Gauntlet +50 Attack Damage +300 health
UNIQUE Passive - Essence Reservoir: Basic attacks and damaging abilities give 20 Stolen Essence on Champions and 5 Stolen Essence on minions and monsters (up to 100). UNIQUE Active - Essence Transfusion: Consume all Stolen essence, healing for 3 Health per Stolen Essence, and gaining 10% Movement Speed for 4 seconds. At maximum Stolen Essence, gain an additional 25% Movement Speed and 20% Attack Speed (35 second cool down).
Warmonger’s Glaive (Melee only) +300 Health +40 Attack Damage +50% Base Health Regen
UNIQUE Passive - Rage: Basic attacks grant 20 Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Kills grant 60 Movement Speed instead. UNIQUE Passive - Engaging Strike: Your first basic attack gains 150 bonus Range, and deals bonus physical damage equal to 200% of base Attack Damage on hit (15 second cool down).
Archaic Matchlock Pistol (Ranged only) +50 Attack Damage +200 Mana
UNIQUE Passive - Spellblade: After using an ability, the next basic attack deals bonus physical damage equal to 50% bonus Attack Damage on hit (1.5 second cooldown). UNIQUE Active - Archaic Shot: Deals bonus magic damage on your next basic attack equal to 75% of your total Attack Damage (20 second cool down).
Night Wind Staff +80 Ability Power +10% Movement Speed
UNIQUE Active - Aura of Night: Camouflage yourself for 6 - 12 seconds (based on level), and gain 10% Movement Speed while enemy champions can not see you (60 second cool down). While in camouflage your next damaging ability deals 100 - 400 (based on level) bonus Magic Damage.
Flask of Dawn Fire Limited to one type of Healing Potion.
UNIQUE Active: Consumes a charge to restore 100 health over 6 seconds. The base healing remains the same regardless of anything extending the duration of the charge. Holds up to 3 charges that refill upon visiting the shop. Charges can be spiked with added ingredients to give bonuses to the charges. Limited to one ingredient per set of charges while below level 6, and limited to 2 ingredients per set of charges above level 6. Ingredients do not refresh when charges are refilled.

Ingredients:
Bitter Joy Lime (20g): Adds a bonus effect to Flask of Dawn Fire that gives 6% damage reduction during the charge’s duration. Buying 2 of this item for one set of charges gives 15% damage reduction instead.
Inferno Pepper (15g): Adds a bonus effect to Flask of Dawn Fire that causes basic attacks to burn enemy champions for 3 - 12 (based on level) bonus true damage over 3 seconds during the charge’s duration. Buying 2 of this item for one set of charges causes basic attacks to burn for 10 - 25 (based on level) bonus true damage instead.
Honeyfruit Juice (15g): Adds a bonus effect to Flask of Dawn Fire that grants 15 - 40 (based on level) bonus health during the charge’s duration. This effect can also be added to a set of unspiked charges for free when picking up a honeyfruit in place of eating it. Buying 2 of this item for one set of charges gives 40 - 100 (based on level) bonus health instead.
Ionian Sugar Beet (15g): Adds a bonus effect to Flask of Dawn Fire that grants 20 Movement Speed during the charge’s duration. Buying 2 of this item for one set of charges gives 50 Movement Speed instead.
Bilgewater Sour Apple (15g): Adds a bonus effect to Flask of Dawn Fire that grants 15% Attack Speed during the charge’s duration. Buying 2 of this item for one set of charges gives 35% Attack Speed instead.
Shadow Isle Pomegranate (20g): Adds a bonus effect to Flask of Dawn Fire that grants 3% Life Steal and causes Basic Attacks to slow enemy champions by 10% of their Movement Speed during the charge’s duration. Buying 2 of this item for one set of charges gives 8% Life Steal and causes the slowing effect to slow enemies by 25% instead.
Seeker’s Mist Mail +75 Ability Power +60 Armor
UNIQUE Active - Dark Mist: Surround yourself in an aura of mist that reduces the Armor Penetration/Lethality of nearby enemies for 5 seconds. Affected enemies also take 15% more magic damage (80 second cooldown).
Kinkou Arm Bracers +35 Attack Damage +60 Armor +300 Health
UNIQUE Passive - Dreadnought: While moving, build stacks of Momentum, increasing movement speed by up to 40 at 50 stacks. Momentum decays while under the effect of a stun, taunt, fear, polymorph, or immobilize effect. UNIQUE Passive - Razor Wind: Basic attacks deal 4 physical damage per stack of Momentum, discharging all stacks. At max stacks the basic attack also reduces the targeted enemy’s armor by 10% for 5 seconds.
Spellbreaker Boline +45 Attack Damage +55 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Active - Spell Break: Your next basic attack silences the targeted enemy champion for 2 seconds, and deals 100 (+20% total Attack Damage) bonus magic damage (40 second cooldown).
Rabadon’s Grimoire +80 Ability Power +55 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Passive - Death Whispers: Enemy champions that damage you lose 5% Movement Speed for 2 seconds. UNIQUE Active - Forbidden Sigils: Increases Ability Power by 50% for 3 seconds, and then slows your Movement Speed by 25% for 3 seconds (60 second cooldown).
King’s Burden +300 Health +55 Armor +45 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Passive - Kingdom’s Pride: While at or above 30% Health all nearby allies gain 7% Movement Speed. UNIQUE Passive - Kingdom’s Courage: While below 30% Health all nearby allies gain 200 Health and 20% Tenacity.
Iceborn Shackles +80 Armor +20% Cooldown Reduction +350 Mana
UNIQUE Passive - Frozen Torment: After standing still for 1 second you begin to take 5 (+1% Maximum Health) magic damage per second until you move again. After taking any form of crowd control you emit a field that slows enemies by 30% Movement Speed and deals 20 (+5% Maximum Health) magic damage per second for 4 seconds. UNIQUE Active - Icy Shreek: This ability can only be activated while Frozen Torment is active. Taunt all enemies within your icy field for 2 seconds (50 second cooldown). All incoming damage during this time is converted to Healing.
Nashor’s Nail +75 Ability Power
UNIQUE Passive - Lifeline: Upon taking physical damage that would reduce Health below 30%, grants a shield that absorbs up to 600 physical damage within 3 seconds (80 second cooldown). UNIQUE Passive - Lifegrip: When Lifeline triggers, gain +20 Ability Power and +20% Spell Vamp until out of combat.
Flail of Legions +30 Attack Damage +250 Health UNIQUE Passive: Grants +25 Health and +5 Attack Damage per stack (max +250 Health and +50 Attack Damage). Grants 1 stack per minute (max 10 stacks). UNIQUE Passive - Batter: Your first basic attack against an enemy champion deals 100 (+50% base Attack Damage) bonus magic damage and inflicts Grievous Wounds to the target for 5 seconds (20 second cool down).
Dawn Walkers Limited to 1 pair of boots. +200 Health +25% base Health Regen.
UNIQUE Passive - Enhanced Movement: +45 Movement Speed. Increases to +65 Movement Speed when below 30% Health.
Detonation Ward (Trinket) Limited to 1 Trinket
Active: Consume a charge to place an invisible Bomb Ward which reveals the surrounding area for 90 - 180 seconds.
Active: Detonate the ward, dealing 40 - 120 True Damage to all nearby enemy champions and revealing them for 5 seconds. This damage is doubled if the Bomb Ward is placed in a bush.
Stores one charge after 180 seconds, limited to 1 charge.
Ward duration and damage gradually improve with level.
Mine Ward (Trinket) Limited to 1 Trinket *Level 9+ required to upgrade.
Active: Consume a charge to place an invisible Mine Ward which reveals the surrounding area for 180 seconds. Enemy champions that walk over the Mine Ward detonate it, dealing 80 True Damage to all nearby enemy champions and revealing them for 5 seconds. This damage is doubled if the Mine Ward is placed in a bush.
Placing a second Mine Ward on your first one converts them both into an invisible Cluster Ward. Cluster Wards do not detonate when walked over.
Active: Detonate the Cluster Ward, dealing 180 True Damage to all nearby Enemy champions and revealing them for 5 seconds. This damage is doubled if the Cluster Ward is placed in a bush.
Stores one charge every 90 seconds, up to 2 charges. Charges are still stored, but not activatible while you have a Cluster Ward on the map. Limit 2 Mine Wards or 1 Cluster Ward on the map per person.
