I'm going to revive the HydroSoul as a champion concept and I have questions
Should he have permanent pets (max 2) that look like the servitors in this picture that would be his water servants from his lore :
Or should he turn an ally into a water serfs the from his lore like Kalista does? Maybe they change and look like the servitors (silvery people made of water) in this picture while retaining their base model or they just have a minor change.
Don't think that reviving him is an all bad idea just because he was canceled. Lee and Ao Shin were canceled and revived. And most champion concepts on the board are ignored by Riot anyway.
Edit: The giant fish entity is not the champion, just part of the picture.
