Passive - apone killing an enemey champion or minion mordakiser gains portion of its soul and gains AP and MR and Armor an a shield everytime mordekaiser lands an ability

Q - Mordakiser swings his mace smashing the ground and knocking up enemy's while dealing immense AoE magic damage and briefly knocking up and slowing targets in an area.

W - Mordakiser shoots a wave off Dark Energy in a line in front of him to curse all targets and steal health an Resistances over time, Mordakiser may use his W on the same target to restack the effect. This effect is halfed on minions.

E - Mordakiser Uses black magic to damage and Push back all targets in front of him, units that crash in to terain are briefly stunned, holding E will charge the ability and pull all targets in to mordekaiser apone release instead

R - Mordakiser casts a black portal on the ground that deals an initial burst of AoE magic damage and steadly drains mana, health and other rescources of all enemy's Champions and minions, the first enemy champion to fall below 25% health is sucked to the middle and teleported to Mordakiser if Mordakiser kills the target then the target becomes a ghost that serve mordakiser attacking what ever Mordakiser targets.

This rework focuses on making mordakiser a a deadly AP juggernaut thats deadly up close up, but still has ways to disable enemy's from a distance with abilities

Not gonna lie: this sounds like a fairly solid rework idea, but could he still create a dragon ghost?
