Torsten - The Vale's Core

Quick Background:

Torsten wandered the world in search of it's hidden wonders, believing that the races that inhabited Runeterra were meant for something greater than their current existence - and the key to unlocking these secrets belonged somewhere. He searched across the land - through marshes and swamps, grasslands and forests, even under the sea where he could. He never stopped believing that there were secrets out there to be found - and one day, he found it.

Under the sands of the Shurima desert, Torsten found a temple so old that most of it's writing had been erased in the sands of time. What happened within the temple is anyone's guess to this day, but when Torsten emerged, he was completely made of stone. No part of him remained human, not even his eyes. He never spoke, never stopped to acknowledge his fellow explorers. He just began walking and walking through the Shurima desert. Some to this day still see him on their travels, but are cautious of the tales that they have heard: That Torsten now belongs to the earth, and has a wrath that matches only Mother Nature herself.


Innate Ability - Sowing The Earth

Torsten can melee attack any Boulder to send it flying in a line for 600 range. When targeting a Boulder, Torsten's melee attack becomes a kick that strikes all enemies and Boulders around himself within 200 range. Enemies struck take (110/115/120/125% Attack Damage) physical damage (At levels 1/6/11/16).

Enemies hit by travelling boulders take 75/125/175/225/275 (+70% Attack Damage) physical damage. If a Boulder strikes a wall or Earthen Beacon, it will explode and deal 60/100/140/180/220 (45% Attack Damage) physical damage to enemies within 200 range (The damage scales according to Rising Stones' level).


First Ability - Rising Stones

Passive: Torsten carries up to a maximum of 3 charges of Rising Stones at any one time. Gains one charge once every 12/11/10/9/8 seconds (Is affected by Cooldown Reduction).

Active: Torsten summons a Boulder directly in front of him, causing enemies who are hit by the summoning boulder to be stunned for 1.25 seconds. An enemy who is stunned once cannot be stunned again for 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds.

Cooldown: 0.5 seconds at all ranks. Mana Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana.


Second Ability - Quicksand

Active: Torsten targets and softens a patch of ground, creating a patch of quicksand at the target location that is 250 units radius (500 diameter). While enemies are moving over the Quicksand, they are slowed by 18/22/26/30/34% while Torsten is sped up by the same amount. The Quicksand lasts up to 8 seconds before the earth hardens again.

Torsten can activate Quicksand once while it is active to target an area in the Quicksand. He will dive under the earth and reappear almost instantly at the location of the Quicksand that he targetted.

Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds after the Quicksand has dissipated. Mana Cost: 75/70/65/60/55 mana.


Third Ability - Earthen Beacon

Passive: Torsten carries up to a maximum of 2 charges of Earthen Beacon at any one time. Gains one charge once every 26/23/20/17/14 seconds (Is affected by Cooldown Reduction).

Active: Torsten targets a location and, after a short delay, causes an impassible pillar of earth to rise from the ground. Enemies struck by the rising pillar take 80/120/160/200/240 (+60% Attack Damage) physical damage and are knocked aside slightly. The pillar lasts for 6 seconds before sinking back into the earth.

If a Boulder strikes any Earthen Beacons, the beacon will shatter and deal a bonus 60/100/140/180/220 (45% Attack Damage) physical damage to enemies within 250 range of the exploding pillar. Does not stack with the Boulder's shatter damage aspect.

Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds. Mana Cost: 40 mana at all ranks.


Ultimate Ability - Gathering Quake

Passive: Increases the maximum charge amount of Rising Stones by 1/2/3, to a maximum of 4/5/6.

Active: Torsten slams the ground around him, causing all enemies within 350 area of effect of him to take 125/200/275 (+90% Attack Damage) physical damage. He also recalls all Boulders within 1500 range to him, causing 75/125/175/225/275 (+70% Attack Damage) physical damage to all enemies the Boulders pass through and stunning them for 1.25 seconds. Torsten then gains an instant 1/2/3 stacks of Rising Stones.

Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds. Mana Cost: 80/90/100 mana.

Hey Everyone! Don't You Think Us Fans Should Be Able To Create Our Own Champions? I Do! This is my idea: Winston, the Noxus Strangler What Winston looks like. Winston is a white cloaked Teenager, with pale skin and brown eyes. He has a dagger on his belt, beneath his cloak.He uses a dagger, but that's only his side weapon, his main weapons are his hands. Winston's title is the Noxus Strangler for a reason. He strangles anyone who get's in his way, usually, his cloak is splattered with blood. Winston has blonde hair. Once, when Winston was young, he earned the name Strangler. He earned it by sneaking into the invasion of Noxus onto Ionia, he strangled a poor, rugged, and "stupid" according to him, old lady, left undefended. Winston stole his cloak from the Ionians, and had worn it ever since. Winston uses mana. He is a melee champion. Winston's passive: Dagger's Blood. Winston's passive, Dagger's Blood makes Winston's every third auto attack do twenty more damage. It has no cool down, and does not work on minions. Winston's Q: Dagger Stab. Dagger stab has a cool down of 8/6/4/3 every level you upgrade. Winston pulls out his dagger and throws it. If you see this Riot, it's up to you to come at how far it goes. If the dagger hit's the foe it slow's the target by 20% of the champion's speed. The ability does 80/95/115/14. The mana cost is 65/70/75/80 Winston's W: Strangler's Grasp. Winston grab's his enemy and roots him. The foe has to be next to him to can cast his ability. The root last two seconds. The cool down is 10/7/5/3.5. The mana cost is 50/55/60/65 Winston's E: Sneaky Blur. Winston speeds up, immediately gaining 50 speed. He still can be effected by defects. Cool down of 18/16/13/10. Their is no mana cost for this ability. Winston's R: Strangling Rampage: Once you active this ability Winston Stun's the enemy he click's on, he jump's onto the foe and drain's 50% of their Health Points. I like his kit, innovative and interesting.

I enjoy the theme you were going for, had A syndra/Trundle feel but still unique in its own way.

Creative stuff could have been an energy champion.

overall no complaints. would like to see visuals or gameplay notes next,
