Titus is a tanky support champion who focuses on commanding his allied champions and minions to victory. His role is to command the fight: positioning himself in the center of a team and dealing out orders and commands allows his troops to succeed where normally they would fail.

Rally: Allies within a medium range receive additional movement speed when running towards Titus.
Ruler: Titus shows his subjects why he has the strength to rule, causing his basic attacks to slow based on the amount of allies within Rally range.

Titus roars with a mighty decree and throws his royal insignia quickly in front of him, marking the enemy struck for execution. Marked enemies will take amplified damage from attacks, for a brief time. The damage amplification is doubled on minions.
Marked enemies will draw minion aggression.
If an enemy dies with the mark still on, the cooldown for this ability is refunded.

Titus graces an allied minion or champion with the privilege of being his Knight. Knights gain bonus armour and magic resist based on a percentage of Titus's armour and magic resist.
Titus can only have two knights at a time. Knights that are no longer near Titus lose their Knighthood.

Titus savagely yells a command in a direction, strongly knocking back the first ally or enemy struck. If an enemy is struck, they take damage.

In a feral rage, Titus violently strips the titles of all his Knights to claim their power as his own. This causes all knights armor to explode from their body, dealing damage based on knighthoods bonus armor and knocking up enemies within the blast area.
Additionally, Titus gains all bonus armour and magic resist that he removed from his Knights for a short duration.
Using Kings Wrath puts Knighthood on cooldown as well.
Combos
Engage! - E - R - Q: By knighting a frontline/tank teammate, you can use your E to command a teammate into the enemy, then R to get a knockup going to start the teamfight! Then with your bonus armor, rush into the fight and Q the highest priority target (AP/AD carry).
Take one for the team - R - E: If the enemy dives onto you and your AD bottom, you can ult to increase your armour (even if the explosion misses the enemy), then E your teammate away to safety. The bonus armor should help you survive to get to safety - and if not, your noble sacrifice will not be forgotten.
Minions, do thy bidding! - __W - Q - Q ... ___: By knighting a minion and using your Q to command the wave, you can fast push a lane.
Lore
Born as the younger son to Jarvan II, Titus Lightshield lived in Jarvan III’s shadow. Each year as they grew older, he became more and more bitter with each commendation Jarvan III achieved. Titus believed in Demacia with all his heart, and he saw himself as the stronger, most just ruler. Finally, he saw an opportunity to seize greatness: Jarvan IV, the prince, had wandered into northern Valoran to hunt unknown beasts, thus leaving Titus as the successor to the throne.
Titus turned to a Demacian mage who was schooled in a relatively mysterious field, voodoo magic. Titus believed that using voodoo to curse his brother would be untraceable, and would allow him to cripple his brother enough so he be unfit to rule. He requested that the mage begin a suitable curse at once, but unfortunately, his brothers loyalties ran deeper than he knew: the mage told Jarvan III of his brothers intentions, and Titus was summoned for judgement.
Demacian law is harsh, and Jarvan III sentenced his brother without mercy. As no blood had been spilt, he did not execute Titus: Instead he was banished to the Voodoo Lands - a fitting place considering the crime. Titus was horrified of this judgement - death sounded much easier than living in exile.
Stripped of all rank and title, Titus bitterly wandered the unforgiving Voodoo Lands. One day, he stumbled upon a group called the Grey Order. These mysterious people seemed well aware of who Titus was, which unnerved the former royal. Soon, the leader Gregori appeared, and decreed the following: “Former Demacian royal - you dare abuse the power of magics you know nothing about? Let me teach you a lesson you will be hard pressed to forget…”
Within moments, Titus was cast into an abyss of nightmares, emerging from the blackness as a twisted being - half man, half lion. Any hopes Titus had of his former life had been stripped away. Gregori shouted at him once more… “If you wish to lead someone, O King, you may find some pathetic beast in the Shurima Wastes that will bow to you. Begone from this land - if I happen across you once more, I will end you.”
Titus wandered to the Shurima Wastes, convinced he was doomed; however, death did not find him on that day, or any other… years of surviving in the wastes gave him strength; courage even. After accepting his fate as a half-breed, he learned to embrace it, and was now convinced he was a stronger ruler than his brother - although a return to Demacia would result in his execution.
The only place in the world left for him was the League of Legends - so he gave himself to the summoners, with the hope to prove to the world that he was the worthiest of the Lightshield bloodline.

A very special thanks to Tlusni for creating the icons and lion head for this concept. The lionhead was photoshopped onto this body I found on deviant art by artist orochi-spawn.
