every new champion is 6300 ips
is riot ever planning on reducing the price? and how come there are champions who are not 6300? on what standers were they priced that low?

It is purely based on time they have been in the game. Champions who have been here since the start, 450, champions a bit newer then that, 1350, and so on and so forth.

That's the schedule for price reductions
Its based on release date with the exception of the 450's. Basicly the pricing system is so old that it doesnt even make sense anymore.
