what is with these mystery downvotes

It's been happening to a couple of my other threads.

I think there might be a few people that have their jimmies rustled and like to downvote my posts randomly-- but I've just chosen to ignore them because if that's all they do with their time then they're sad and need to get a life to be honest.

Karthus is an amazing mid laner right now, just no one plays him. He really doesn't need a rework.

I think as long as it's buyable content and not something that straight comes with the game it'd be fine, but I don't know the specific rulings on it.
