His jacket is kinda dark terquious and he has black hair. His belt is red and he probably uses both magic and hextech, a twist none have used yet.

I'm talking about magic like Ryze or Veigar with hex tech. So it's machinery and magic. I get your point tho.

First off. Awesome art work. Really good at drawing.

On to the discussion. The way you have worded it is where people may get confused.

It's like if a character was half robot, half cyborg. A cyborg is already part human part machine, so to be half robot as well...

Half magic and half hextech (part magic part technology) can be a little confusing.

My suggestion, "a Mage that uses hextech" or "a sorcerer enhanced by hextech". Those are just some suggestions.

You think up some lore too?

Thanks! Your right it is actually confusing.

Lore wise is where I'm WIP. I've thought about it and here is where I want to make him more than just a lightning Mage, make him unique. Possibly he was part of Ekko and Jinx's gang? Currently I'm thinking his family were killed or something happened and he wants to break Zaun and Piltover down in ruins for it. I also thought something along the lines of a bandit/black market sorcerer who maybe is the wrong hands looking for the World Runes Ryze wants to protect.

I'm pretty sure I don't want this guy to be goody-twoshoes.

Avoid the "parent killed, revenge time". Develop the black market idea. That sounds cool.

I can picture him being a bit of a wise guy (smart @ss) who hunts down artefacts of power and sells them to fund his own lightning related projects.

Parent killed, revenge time is pretty cheesy.

Currently I'm having trouble on making him interesting and what type of Mage he is. Close range burst like Ryze or Annie might be what I'm looking for. However I plan for him to have a charge system for his Q (the only ability that I've almost decided is final). A charge system fits more of a poke Mage, which is my other idea.
