Will Ryze get a 4th rework before Yorick?

I know you have different groups that work on updates but how does Ryze get two full reworks since you announced you were working on Yorick.

Ryze's rework did not hold up Yoricks. Yorick's would be released on the same time even if Ryze hadn't been reworked.
