Champion concept: Gamah, the angel statue

So far this is semi WIP. I still have yet to complete a few elements (like mana costs, and stats. but they aren't fun to do anyway) Please provide feedback for me, especially on the artwork.

PASSIVE Gamah has two unevenly sized arms, that each serve for different abilities and effects.

Q 10 seconds Gamah fires a line missile up to 1100 units away that explodes on the first enemy it hits, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 + 40/50/60/70/80% AP as magic damage and applying ancient sludge on the target for 7 seconds. targets behind the affected AOE will take 75% damage, and won't apply the mark. If the mark is applied, Gamah can use his short arm bonus without waiting for his cool down. Short arm bonus; Gamah targets an enemy with ancient sludge up to 1100 units away, then slams his body into them, dealing 50/65/80/95/110 + 20/30/40/50/60% AP as magic damage, before jumping back to where he was before he used this ability.

W Stretch wings 21/19/16/13/10 seconds Gamah flies into the air a few meters, and 300 units away, then will fires up to 2 shots from the sky dealing 50/90/130/170/210 + 45% AP per shot up to 1200 units away. If Gamah lands both his shots he can dive 525 meters in his desired direction Short arm bonus; If the enemy is within 625 units, Gamah can preform a sky attack, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 + 45% AP (*1.5 per shot not fired) and slow the target by 75% for 1 second, and will have the ability to hop 850 units within 1.5 seconds.

At any time in the air Gamah can drop down 300 meters away.

E 8 seconds Gamah fires a spiralling beam at 1200 range, dealing 70/110/150/190/240 + 50% AP to all targets this ability passes through. Short arm bonus; If any enemy champions are within 225 units, and Gamah targets them, he will instead spin violently, dealing 90/115/140/175/200 + 70% AP to enemies within 225 units, and heal for 30% AP (+30% per champion hit by this ability)

R 120/100/80 seconds Expansive Retribution Gamah curls into a ring, preparing to jump to an enemy champion 1200 units away. Upon impact Gamah knocks the nearby targets airborne, then Gamah resets the cool down of all his basic abilities. Gamah can recast this same ability up to two additional times within the next ten seconds to dive up to 1000 units each dive. These dives will not reset cool downs, and will not apply any crowd control effects.

Ability notes;

W There is a 1 second duration between when Gamah can fire both of his shots, and a 0.25 second delay between when Gamah flies into the air, and when he can fire his first shot. Gamah can not cancel the ability within 0.75 seconds of casting it. This is to avoid people using it as a gap closer/escape

R There is a 3 second delay between the ability to use Gamah's second activations of his ultimate.
