New Champion Idea -- Ciana, The Essence of Light

Hey everyone, I just recently came up with an idea for a new champion -- my idea is definitely not perfect, but I would love for you guys to pitch in ideas/changes/or criticisms!

Before I get into detail about the champion, I just wanted to explain how AurelionSol is my inspiration for this champion and her lore.

Now, introducing Ciana, The Essence of Light

Ciana, a celestial and immortal being that embodies light itself, has wandered the cosmos alone for millennium, searching for a purpose to her existence, for a world to give her blessing of light to, and for a companion. After centuries, she came across Runeterra. Ciana saw this world as shameful and overrun with war, and sought to rid this world of evil and bless it with her incredible power of light. She descended to a beautiful land far off from the many other regions of Runeterra in a human vessel, knowing her true form would be too powerful for mere mortals. The mortals of this land immediately fell on their knees upon seeing beautiful, glowing woman who radiated light with every movement. In fear of this celestial being becoming harmed, the mortals of this land offered Ciana weapons of her choice to protect herself. Ciana gratefully took two identical blades and infused them with her light to create two other vessels of her magical power, as she feared her human vessel would not be able to handle so much concentrated power. To show her gratitude, Ciana blessed the land she stood on with her special magic to create wards that would protect the land from war and darkness that Ciana believed the rest of Runeterra was plagued with. Ciana made the people promise to use her magic for good and only good, thus creating the historical Blessed Isles.

Ciana inhabited its blessed forests, content with her new home. She strayed away from leadership and governance, trusting the island's inhabitants with such duties and remained as a mere inhabitant of the land, being treated as an equal rather than the celestial being she is, which she was happy with.

One day, Ciana sensed danger to the Blessed Isles as a lone general from another kingdom arrived, begging for aid in healing its queen. Ciana brushed aside her paranoia, and let the island's inhabitants aid the general (who was Kalista ). She continued about her mundane duties in tending to the beautiful plants in the forests. However, her fears were realized as the members of that unknown kingdom arrived, seemingly with the intent to heal their queen. Ciana watched in horror from the forests as darkness overtook the once brilliant island of the Blessed Isles. Ciana tried to fight off the dark mist, but her human vessel held her back from using her full powers. She had to make a decision - ditch the vessel and cleanse the island, which would, in turn, kill every mortal being on it due to how powerful her light magic is, or run away. Ciana chose the latter of the two, hoping there would be survivors. She fled the now Shadow Isles, the dark mist unable to penetrate her soul as Ciana is a pure being of light. However, the dark mist did leave a mark on her human vessel, weakening its magic-sealing powers. Ciana could not reseal the cracks in her vessel that shown on her neck, thus making her vessel vulnerable to destruction of her own magic. In fear of her vessel breaking apart and killing mortals around her, Ciana decided to wander Runeterra alone, avoiding anyone that could provoke her. During her travels, Ciana heard stories of mortals trying to fight off the dark mist, but failing. Struck by grief, Ciana kept her head down and kept traveling. She yearned for companionship, but knew that she could not risk having her cursed vessel near mortal beings -- until one day she heard whispers among towns of a celestial dragon held captive by mortals. Excited to hear of another celestial being from the cosmos just like her, Ciana set out to find the dragon and set it free, hoping she could finally have a companion whose power matches, or exceeds, hers so she will not worry about harming them. Ciana also hopes that with the dragons help, she could fight off the dark mist for good and bring light back into this world.

Passive: Light's Blessing

Allied champions near Ciana are blessed with her light. They have increased health and mana regeneration when near her.

Q - Blinding Light

Ciana strikes with her light-infused blades, creating a cone of light in front of her that blocks all incoming attacks for that moment and blinds enemy champions hit by the cone.

W - Protect with Brilliance!

Ciana casts a targeted shield on herself or an allied champion, causing a swarm of light to circle the target that does magic damage over time to enemies in that circle that lasts until the shield decays after 4 seconds.

E - Speed of Light

Ciana has three charges of a dash to targeted areas, spinning her two blades around her each time she lands. Allies hit by her spinning blades are granted a burst of movements speed. Enemies hit by her spinning blades are damaged and slowed for 1.5 seconds. For each charge of Speed of Light, Ciana deals more damage or grants greater movement speed. (I can't properly explain her dash, so think of it as Ahri's ult, except she spins at each landing) Ciana cannot repeat the same direction more than once for her three charges (so she cant just dash three times in one direction like Ahri -- her range is a little longer, therefore it's only fair to make it so she has to do different directions). Ciana can be stopped mid-dash with hard cc, canceling all three charges of the ability, not just one. Ciana cannot dash through terrain. (I imagine her E to have a long cooldown)

R - Overpower

Ciana becomes an intense fury of light, her vessel overpowered by her magic, thus overpowering her abilities.
(Think of this like a Jayce R, except with a cooldown of a traditional ult)

Ciana's intense fury of light lasts for 20 seconds. In those 20 seconds, Ciana gains a burst of movement speed and can cast each of her abilities only ONCE (her E technically three times for each charge). If Ciana uses all three of her abilities before the 20 seconds, her ultimate ends early.

Overpowered Q - Ciana now throws out one of her blades in one direction, striking through enemies in its path and blocking any enemy projectile attacks it hits. Enemies hit by the blade are blinded. (So basically she can stop a blitzcrank pull if she times her overpowered Q correctly. If not, she just blinds enemies hit by the blade)

Overpowered W - Ciana leaps into the air, becoming untargetable for 1 second. While in the air, Ciana spins her light-infused blades around her, creating a circle around her that heals allied champions within that circle (so like redemption except i imagine a smaller circle).

Overpowered E - Ciana can dash through enemies, allies, and terrain now, rooting any enemy hit while she dashes through them. Allies Ciana dashes through are granted a burst of movement and attack speed, however Ciana can grant this to the first ally she dashes through. (So if Ciana is dashing through an ally Caitlyn and Xerath, whoever she hits first gets the burst, and every ally afterwards doesn't. This applies for all three charges, so she cannot just use one charge on one ally and the second charge on another. Just one ally for all three charges.) Ciana's overpowered E can still be stopped by hard cc.

As seen in her kit, Ciana is meant to be a support. I don't see her as tanky, but I don't see her as squishy either, so kind of like in between. Also, I see her as Rakan or Thresh type of melee -- not exactly melee but not exactly ranged either.

This is all I came up with, and I am open to thoughts, comments, or more ideas! I would love to hear what you guys think and what you guys want to change/remove/add.
