Add a wheel of loot

I just thought it was a bit boring to just see "You got a key fragment!" pop up in the text when you won a game or have nothing to pop up at all, although league as of now only has one item drop from games it would be nice to have a loot wheel spin after each game. How it goes in my head is that a small wheel about the size of the champion mastery exp spin and stop at about the same time the sound effect for adding champ mastery stops, landing on the item nets you said item.

Though a bit unnecessary maybe new loot could be added on? Such as after each game there is a chance for a small bonus (Ip/essence) of maybe 50 to show up and take up a portion of the key's unused space on the board. So none of these rewards will show up if you haven't gotten your first key frags for the month but as you earn them and your rates of fragments drop other rewards might show up to make up for the lack of loot as the month goes on. These bonus rewards would be limited to one per day. Losing teams would still get no chance at keys so frags don't show up on the board should you lose but IP or other rewards show up and take up 15% of the board.
