Noxus Soraka/Blood Sorceress Soraka

Basically, think Vladimir but it is Soraka instead. She could have a new skin oriented lore that explains she isn't and was never the starchild in this skin. However she is a powerful peer of Vladimir in this alternate reality. She would be using Vladimir's blood magic maybe even had been taught how to by Vladimir himself. Furthermore she could wear a outfit in a similar fashion as Vladimir while still keeping her staff. The staff could be more of a "U" shape and inside this shape could be a animated blood glob. This could be a really nice addition as she can already heal herself with her Q and most of her powers could be altered in a way to resemble blood magic better. Finally her voice over could be changed up to sound like a harden women from noxus that may have even met current cannon lore Noxians. The back really could just be like the classic but make the blood glob from the staff pop out and form many tiny blood particles that would swirl around her until she backed.

Granted this would be a legendary but it would be a fantastic rendition to her collection.
