Appearance: (Bodily design) . Julie is a woman with a slight tanned complexion, silver eyes & short brown hair that has her bangs covering her left eye. On both of her arms is an emirate of tattoos that look like phoenix’s with flaming tails. (Clothing & Special features) . Julie wears a short cut jacket with long sleeves & a large collar that covers the lower half of her face, the jacket has a small should guard on the left shoulder. She also wears a pair of long pants that tighten around her sheens, around her waist is a relatively smaller quiver with smaller arrows. She also has a small pouch strapped to her hip as well, she wears a pair of thin yet strong pair of shoes that are black in coloration but has a white lotus patter on the top section. (Equipment) . Julie carries around a small re-curved bow with a metal plated reinforced shaft. On the metal plating are chiseled designs of a cherry tree.

Innate Passive: Quick Shot. Every 5 seconds Julie’s next Basic Attack will have her fire 2 arrows at once, the 2nd arrow will deal 4% of her current Attack Damage as bonus Physical Damage but cannot apply any De-Buff effects but can deal Critical Damage but only half of what the initial Auto-Attack would deal if triggered.
Q-Ability: Swift Strider. Range: 100 -to- 400. Cool Down: 20/18/16/14/12. Cost: 100. Physical Damage: 40/70/100/130/160(+50% bonus AD). **Activation: ** After Julie has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Julie will Dash in the targeted direction but she seems like she’s gliding more than running, as Julie is Dashing down the path any enemy Champion that is within 180-radius of her she will fire a free an arrow at the Champion dealing Physical Damage as well as apply a 25% Movement Speed Slow for 1.5 seconds. While Julie is Dashing she can use all of her other Abilities.
W-Ability: Arrow in the Foot. Range: 450. Cool Down: 19/18/17/16/15. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90. Physical Damage: 35/65/95/125/155(+60% bonus AD). Activation: ** After Julie has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Julie will fire an arrow down the targeted path, the arrow will stop on the first enemy Champion hit dealing Physical Damage & will be lodged into the Champions foot applying a 1.5 second Root. If an enemy Champion is Rooted by this Ability then is hit by an arrow from _Swift Strider**_ that arrow will deal 10% increased Damage & will Refresh the duration of the Root by 0.5 seconds.
E-Ability: Reflex Shot. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 21/20/19/18/17. Cost: 70/80/90/100/110. Physical Damage: 50/70/90/110/130(+50% bonus AD). Activation: After Julie has activated this Ability her heighted reflexes will be put on high alert for the next 2.5 seconds, for the duration of this Ability Julie will completely dodge the next Auto-Attack or Ability from an enemy Champion but then she will immediately counter-attack with an arrow at her attacker dealing Physical Damage.
R-Ability: Multi-Strike. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 190/170/150. Cost: 185. Bonus Physical Damage: 45/65/85(+50% bonus AD). Total Damage: 90/130/170. Activation: After Julie has activated this Ability then upon its activation Julie will load 3 arrows onto her bow to be fired when she uses her next Basic Attack, on her next Basic Attack Julie will fire the 2nd & 3rd Arrow after 0.25 second delay after the initial attack & of each other but each arrow will deal Physical Damage. This Ability can be stacked with her Innate Passive Quick Shot, but the Quick Shot arrow will be fired before the 1st Multi-Strike arrow but it will apply a 10% Armor Reduction for 1 second.
