Skarner

Many times we have seen Skarner get reworked, patched and or worked on again. To end all debacles, Skarner needs yet again another rework and here is how to make it so that you'll never need to touch him again. Based off of the information: "He's a wise Shurimaian crystalline scorpion". That's a lot of room to work with. For example, if you actually observe just about any scorpion, it uses it's claws/pincers to engage and control their opponent in battle so it can use it's tail/stinger to subdue its opponent. Although this is just a simple real-life example, we can easily expand on his other parts. Shurimian and Crystal part. Like, I'm sorry, but his passive is just stupid if he's not going to always jungle. I believe that kind of passive should be more of a generalized thing to find within the jungle without Skarner. We can easily replace his passive with the part of him having to regenerate venom, actually making his "powerful" life crystals provide health or specialized target damage, defenses, attacking faster or even of something relating to his Shurimaian and Brackern ancestry. The creators have a ton to work with. Just do any kind of research and you'll find out how far you can take the idea without him being overly powerful. For example, his R can be an infectious sting which builds up a slow that increase a little at a time and then leads up to a stun like Cassiopia's R, but instead "crystalizes". Or instead, turn his q into some kind of technique that uses the land to his advantage- like raising an idle crystalized spirit which grants the territory or Skarner's regenerative abilities. Now, I think Skarner's W is just fine, but needs some "tunage'", like making enemies attack slower with an armor increase but removes the movement speed gained. And his E can cause burrowed traps within the ground, that don't do damage but "traps" an unsuspected foe.

These are just optional ideas to get "your mind a brewin'" that revolve around a champion who has a ton of stuff that can work with him. Please league, I know he's a diver and all, but he feels very outdated to the point of where diversification isn't his strong suit. He's not a good pick elsewhere and a powerhouse only when in the jungle. Please, I want to see what your idea would be for such a champ.
