That thing is not a boar.
Also the humans in Freljord isn't so barbaric that they're still using animal bones (not steel and similar materials fashioned into the forms of animal-related motifs, actual bones) as a part of their armour.
Replacing her boar is something that doesn't feel right imo.
Maybe Riot should opt for something like what they did with WIllump and make Bristle more a beast that would live in Runeterra rather than in our world.
Skin for sure. Bristle should stay a boar, hell, next year is the year of the pig and Sejuani is literally the only champion we have in the roster to represent that zodiac.
And the bones make her look more like a prehistoric hunter than an actual competitor for the crown of Freljord.

Sekai makes a good point that it isn't a boar, but she does have a skin where she is riding a bear, a lion, a dinosaur, and a poro, .. There could easily be a skin where she is riding a wolf / sabretooth tiger.
