I've been putting a lot of time into trying to get better at making faces and what not in pixel art so I decided to make one of my favorite skins for one of my favorite champions! (Incidentally, Snowstorm Sivir was the first skin I ever actually bought in League and my bank account has been going downhill ever since... xD)
