Warwick is Able to Kill Kayle in Her Ult

I'm so glad I was testing out streaming when this happened... I've watched this over and over again and Warwick was able to kill me while invincible somehow. My ult was up for probably a second out of the 2.5 second duration but he was still able to damage me and kill me. He also smited me at the start with the Skirmisher's Sabre with the Devourer enchantment. Not sure if this is a bug with the item or something else, like maybe Orianna somehow affected it. I'm gonna try to reproduce this in a custom game later and I'll update this with results.

This same thing has been happening with other skills that prevent damage such as tryndamere ult. It has to do with the true damage on hit from the Challenging Smite effect. There is a bug fix that should (keyword there) fix it with 4.21.

I don't understand. That smite activated before you popped your ult. So I'm guessing Challenging smite duration effect leaves you vulnerable regardless of your ult. For Tryndamere I always smite him when he is 1Hp since he will die and his ult won't save him. I never tried smiting Kayle yet so this is new to me.
