The colours are way to bright.
The current Lotus skins have muted colour palettes, leaning towards dusty rose and pastel purples.
That looks more like a rave girl than anything. The colors are way too hard. I recommend making her hair a light purple/violet color. Then her belly shirt thing and her arm gloves should be a really light pink color. Overall, just a more pastel-y palette would be better, but it's a great idea!

A little bit too pink, i think. If the color pallete favored some darker shades of purple (But not as dark as what she has now) I think it'd be amazing.
