A new tank item from item 3070 (numbers up to be balanced):

GLACIAL SHIELD item 3462 (I'll use this icon in the post for the item) Build: item 3070 + item 3801 + item 3067 + 800 = 3000 +20% cooldown reduction +400 health +250 mana +50% base health regen Unique passive - Mana charge: gains + 4 mana for each mana expenditure and every time is hit by an autoattack or spell (occurs up to 2 times every 8 seconds) up to a bonus of +750. Unique passive - Awe: gains 15% of maximum mana as bonus health

And the final upgrade:

WINTER'S WALL item 3112 (I'll use this icon in the post for the item) Build: from item 3462 when max stacked Same stats as the original item, plus: Unique active - Icy spikes: for 3 seconds gains armor and MR equal to 1% of maximum mana and inflict (50+armor) damage to who autoattacks him and (50+MR) to who casts a spell on him. Cost: 10% of maximum mana.

I can see this get abused by battle mages. Also the tear inside the build doesn't help much. If you want a item like that I would start with item 3024 + item 3067.

Than simply:

  • Unique passive - Glorious Pain: Gains +4 mana every time you get hit by an autoattack or spell (occurs up to 2 times every 8 seconds) up to a bonus of +500. When fully stacked it restores 1% of your maximum mana.
