Talon Build

I main Talon and i get amazing games with him yet i wish to become better, so i have a question.

Should i ever build attack speed on Talon? Even when enemy champions aren't building tank, i just feel that Talon doesn't do enough damage because his attack speed is so low... Even with his combo. So if i were to choose between two items, which should i get, Phantom Dancer or Zephyr?

Or better preferred, which item set is better on Talon, My original build but with Zephyr (Build 1) would be 1) Hydra, 2) Bloodthirster, Brutalizer into 3) Cleaver, 4) Zephyr (Replacing Last Whisperer from my original build), 5) Guardian Angels and then 6) Mobility Boots.

However if i were to get Phantom Dancer, i would need to go crit so my build (Build 2) now would be, 1) Hydra, 2) IE, Brutalizer into 3) Youmuus for the crit, 4) Phantom Dancer, 5) Gaurdian Angels and then i would have to replace my Mobility Boots for 6) Crd Boots because phantom doesn't give cdr like how Zephyr does meanwhile my Youmuus active will give me speed as I've replaced my Cleaver with Youmoos.
