Shafou is an exorcist that loves to prank champions.

ABILITIES:

Passive- Hacking: Nearby enemy champions FPS decreases by 10/20/30 (Levels 1,9 and 18) and enemy champions Ping (Ms) increases by 20/40/60 (Levels 1,9 and 18).

Q- Virus Spear: Throws a long-range spear that deals 80/120/160/200/240 (+75% AP) Magic Damage to the first enemy target hit and, if it's a champion, installs a random virus in that enemy's computer.

Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Seconds

W- X Terror: Creates a mid-range terrifying area for 5 seconds, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+20% AP) Magic Damage to all enemy targets hit, slowing them by 30%/40%/50%/60%/70% for the duration, if it hits a champion, it opens a random XXX website on that champion's computer.

Mana Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 Seconds

E- RP Thief: Curses an enemy champion with a short-range target spell, dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+60% AP) Magic Damage to that champion, stealing all its RP to you, if that champion has no RP, it instantly kills it.

Mana Cost: 160/170/180/190/200 Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 Seconds

R- Jumpscare Madness: Instantly creates a random jumpscare on all enemy champions screens for 10 seconds, enemy champions will be able to blindly walk and cast abilities around the map. Well, if they don't get scared as hell.

Mana Cost: 150 Cooldown: 150/125/100 Seconds

BUILDING STATS:

As Shafou, you should build AP, Mana/Mana Regen and Cooldown Reduction, so you can be a really scary exorcist.
