Professor Stanwick Pididly

I know that Professor Stanwick used to be a popular champion suggestion. He has his ties with with Viktor, Blitz, and (if I'm not mistaken) Urgot. People would know him from the lore of LoL. There isn't much of a developed story around him, however.

I was just wondering if Riot has ever considered making Professor Stanwick Pididly a champion. If so; How far did her get? Why wasn't he continues as one?

I would love to see him roaming the right someday. :/ /
