Champion Concept: Jin, the Combat Engineer
Greetings, I've been throwing around some ideas about how I'd make my own champion. I settled on several themes that interest me: Weaponized industrial tools, and zone control.
====OVERVIEW====
Jin is an AD Fighter who focuses in zone control. He excels in harassing the enemy from afar with his Nail Bombs, up until he can get them where he wants, after which he will use his Creep Repulsor to lock in (or out) his mark, use his Grappler Shot to position himself where he need to be, or force his enemies to be exactly where he wants, before killing them with his Rivet Turret.
Though he can lock out and control the movement of his enemies fairly well to avoid getting in situations where they can retaliate, he deals poorly in situations where they can. His lack of high damage outside of his Rivet Turrets, which need to be placed beforehand and deny him movement combined with his high cooldowns make him sub-par in dueling conditions. In a teamfight enviroment, however, he excels due to his Area-of-Effect abilties and large crowd control.
====BACKSTORY====
Born and raised in Zaun, Jin was never really anything special: Born in a lower-Middle Class neighborhood, middling grades in school save for the occasional high scores in Mathematics, few friends, landed an average job at the Zaun industrial sector repairing various machinery, and occasionally getting thrown out of a bar for getting excessively passionate in an argument regarding the quality of nailgun brands.
As the Noxian war machine grew, so did it's needs, or more specifically, it's needs for deadlier instruments of war. Zaun, being a city poor in scruples but high in ambition, was soon choosen by Noxus to develop it's newest brands of techmaturgical weapons and deadly bioweapons, and Zaun's economy flousrished as a result of Noxus' commerce. However, Noxus never rests, and it never stops growing. Soon, it's demands for weapons soon outgrew Zaun's abilities to sustainably deliver, and many of it's resources began to be redirected towards the weapon development sector by order of it's governants, blinded by greed and a misguided sense of scientific curiosity regarding the horrors that were developed within the city's walls.
Soon, all other sectors of Zaun's society began to suffer, and so did it's citizens: Famine became commonplace in the lower sectors of it's society, poor sanitation leading to the spread of terrible diseases, and many workers and scientists without the skills or will to work on such terrible applications were doomed to poverty, grim working conditions, or forced to subject themselves to terrible experiments.
Jin, not being able to stand his beloved Zaun deteriorate, took upon himself to strike out on a one-man rampage against the weapon industrial system choking his city with it's greed, with the intent of driving out Noxian interest before it's hunger devours the city state whole.

====SKILLS====
Passive – Zaunite Discipline -
Every 12/10/8/6 seconds, Jin will belt his target with his chain in his next auto-attack, gaining 100 range, dealing 8 (+ 7 x Level) bonus Physical Damage and slowing the enemy by 50%, decaying over 1.75 seconds.
Q – Nail Bomb – 600 Range – 60/70/80/90/100 Mana – 16/14/12/10/8 Sec Cooldown -
Jin tosses a grenade that causes 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.7 Bonus AD) Physical Damage on impact, the grenade then bounces around in a 400-wide area for 4 seconds, shooting nails around that cause 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.6 AP) Magical Damage per second to nearby enemies, slowing them by 14/20/26/32/40% while they take damage from it.
W – Creep Repulsor – 750 Range – 120 Mana – 20/19/18/17/16 Sec Cooldown -
Jin sets up a 300/400/500/600/700-unit long wall that blocks enemies who attempt to cross it.
If there are enemy champions under the wall while it’s erected, they will be knocked either towards or away from Jin, depending which side of the wall they stand on, and be stunned for 0.5/0.625/0.75/0.875/1 Seconds.
E – Grappler Shot – 900 Range – 80 Mana – 22/21/20/19/18 Sec Cooldown - Jin shoots his grappling hook, dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (0.6 Bonus AD) Physical Damage and slowing them by 75% for 0.25 Seconds.
If the hook hits a wall, Jin will pull himself towards it, knocking up any enemies in the way for 1 second, also dealing bonus 40/80/120/160/200 (0.6 Bonus AD) Physical Damage.
If the hook hits Jin’s Creep Repulsor, Jin will instead drag enemies caught in his path and slam them on the wall, stunning them for 1 second and causing 3/4.75/6.5/7.25/9% of the target's Maximum Health as Magical Damage.
In case the hook does no damage upon hitting a wall, the cooldown is refreshed by 50%.
R – Rivet Turret – 350 Range – 0 Mana – 1 Sec Cooldown -
Jin throws a turret at the targeted location. After 1 second the sentry is armed and concealed, providing vision in a 350 radius until it expires. A turret automatically expires after 5 minutes.
If Jin activates a turret, he roots himself besides it and starts shooting red-hot rivets with 900 range for 5 seconds, dealing 60/100/140 (+0.4 Bonus AD) Physical Damage and a 15% slow per second. After the turret expires, it explodes, dealing 120/200/280 (+0.6 AP) Magical Damage to all nearby enemies, and granting 20/30/40% Movement Speed to Jin that decays over 1.5 seconds.
The turret automatically aims towards the nearest enemy when activated, and will follow the cursor. Jin can destroy the turret prematurely by walking away from it or by reactivating this skill while mounted.
Jin constructs a new turret every 30/25/20 seconds, and can hold a maximum of 3. Only 5 turrets may be on the map at one time.
