the week of the 22nd of Feb is the earliest since PBE usually updates after 2 weeks! that doesnt include if there are major bugs, or other issues that would make it difficult to release the skin/patch in general!

Yeah, but didn't someone from Riot say they were fixing things as fast as possible? I'm hoping they attempt to speed it up, I'm just so excited, you know?

yes but remember that bugs and glitches arent found that frequent and even then the PBE usually update M-F any one of those updates could potentially mess something up, but that is why its on the PBE first for testing, but again anything can happen. So yes while they are working on it daily things can happen that would warrant it difficult again to release the skin, but that rarely happens so i wouldnt worry too much.

If anything try and sign up for PBE. i have an account and just played my first game using the new skin, and all i can say is that its going to be well worth the wait! really enjoying the new skin for her!
