Name: Phantasma, the Ghost Queen

Gender: Female Range: 125 (melee, carries 2 stiletto short swords) Movement: Floats when out of combat.

Abilities: Phantasma abilities have no cost related to them, and the use of her abilities is only limited by cooldowns. Instead she uses Fury as his secondary resource. Phantasma’s starts with 0 Fury, and has a cap of 50 Fury. She gains 2 Fury per basic attack, plus 2 extra fury for anything that dies near her (1600 radius) except her own phantoms. When out of combat for 8 seconds, Phantasma loses 4 Fury every second.

Passive: Hell Hath no Fury: Phantasma’s basic attacks deal additional magic damage (fury + 30% AP) Phantasma is healed for 12(+Phantasma’s level)% for all magic damage dealt from her and her phantom’s auto attacks.

**Q)**BOO!: CD 16/15/14/13/12 Phantasma disappears and reappears in burst of energy at target enemy (Teleport) dealing magic damage and scaring them (fear) for 1.5 seconds. 50/75/100/125/150 (+60% AP)

**W)**Army of the Damned: Static CD 1.5 Phantasma calls one of her fellow phantoms to her every 20/18/16/14/12 seconds (effected by cooldown reduction) (max 1/1/2/2/3).

Active: Phantasma summons one phantom next to her that attacks the target Phantasma is attacking. The Phantom dies after 6 seconds or when killed.

Phantoms basic attacks deal damage 10/20/30/40/50 (+15% of Phantasma’s AP). They have 100 + (50xPhantasma’s level) hp. These phantoms have attack speed equal to 75% Phantasma’s attack speed.

**E)**Become Incorporeal: CD 14/13/12/11/10 Phantasma becomes invisible for 2 seconds.

In addition, if Phantasma has 8 or more fury she will become untargetable and ignore unit collision and she will have 50% decreased movement speed for up to 10 seconds at the cost of 4 fury per second.

She can also walk through one wall. If she walks up to a wall, she will immediately pass through it in a straight line the direction she was facing, if she does, the ability will end.

The ability will end if Phantasma does not have 4 or more fury. This ability can be cancelled after 2 seconds by re-activating it. It will also end if Phantasma (or her phantoms) deals damage to an enemy.

cooldown does not start until the ability ends or is cancelled.

**R)**Rage: CD 90/70/50 Passive: Phantasma gets 1% attack speed per fury.

Active: For the next 8 seconds, Phantasma’s maximum fury is doubled to 100 Phantasma gains (2/3/4) additional fury per basic attack and gains 10 fury per second.

Strengths/uses: -AP auto attacker, (nashors) -Jungle potential, has good engage and jungle survivability with her heal and Phantoms to tank -Mid, strong AP damage

Weaknesses: -Easily shut down with CC -has only her base heals, doesn't scale well with spellvamp or lifesteal

Lore: Unlike most other abominations to come forth from the shadow isles, Phantasma is not inherently evil. She is deadly to an extreme, but won’t kill you unless you cross her.

Phantasma wasn’t always called such, but she can’t remember any other name. She is a legend in the Shadow Isles for being the first soul to escape The Chain Warden’s lantern. In doing so, she also became the first soul with a body, a body that could touch the world of the living. However, her time spent in the lantern has made her forget her name and almost everything else about her past before the lantern. The only thing she can remember isn’t even a memory, just a feeling, of sorrow and grief.

Wanting to put her imprisonment behind her, Phantasma left the Shadow Isles and traveled to Valoran where she decided that she would help other souls find their peace. But not every soul could move on, and others didn’t want to; most of the souls began to follow Phantasma in her travels.

Wanting to become more powerful, she he traveled to the Voodoo Lands and besought The Grey Order to train her. The Grey Order was intrigued by someone from the Shadow Isles who helped the dead instead of creating and tormenting them; and after making Phantasma swear an oath to not harm the innocent, The Order agreed to train her. They taught her dark and twisted magics that had been banned in the more conservative areas of the world. Eventually she learned conjuration. She used this knowledge to conjure weapons that she was then taught how to use, she favored dual-wielding short swords.

Phantasma is no longer only a legend in the Shadow Isles, she has become known as The Ghost Queen across all of Runeterra.
