You know there's this champion call Yorick, right?

That's what Riot does, if you know Yorick's release date and how he has never gotten any skin since his release (Much like Zed and Zac, and no, commemorative skins don't count), then you shouldn't be really surprised with the blatant favoritism they show.
You can't really blame them, they are a company that aims at profit, and Yorick isn't a champ that brings money. (The only thing i don't understand is how Zed isn't getting nothing despite being popular, meanwhile Yasuo got a new skin in less than a year from release).
They have already said that they won't release a new skin for Yorick until his rework (same for Taric and Urgot). It would be pointless to design a skin for a champion only to have to redesign it in a few months when the champion's base model changes
