NEW MECHANIC ANTI MOBILITY CREEP

So the idea behind this champion is that it is possible to make a champion that is not mobile and that is based around a new mechanic. I have plenty of other ideas about new mechanics or how to better or more creatively use current mechanics. The idea here is that you “Draw” where you place your ability then you create it. For example. When I press “Q” then click and hold down, I begin to draw where my cursor is. When I release the cursor a wall appears there. I effectively took a moment to “draw” where the wall would be. This opens up plenty of creativity. While drawing the enemy could see where you are drawing. You have to be both “skilled” and “smart” with where you place your walls. The idea is that you can draw them and keep them going (you click “q” again to cancel the wall you created, while it is up it drains your Mana). Granted this champion still needs a lot of work; however, here is the basic idea and concept so far.

Rezin Steadyhand The Immovable Object

Passive – Natures Reach – AP increases basic attack range and ability length by 1 for every 5 AP. (I have not yet determined what the length or width of the walls should be)

Q – Draw a wall – Toggle (5/7/9/11/13 second cool down) on and click to start drawing wall release to activate wall – 25/30/35/40/45 Mana Per Second – Units in wall take 50/100/150/200/250 damage +50% of AP per second in wall. The base damage increases by +10% of AP every second.

W – Draw a wall – Toggle (5/7/9/11/13 second cool down) on and click to start drawing wall release to activate wall – 25/30/35/40/45 Mana Per Second – Hitting wall reduces MS by 25% for 4 seconds. Enemies who remain in wall for 2 seconds are silenced and snared for 4 seconds.

E – Draw a wall – Toggle (5/7/9/11/13 second cool down) on and click to start drawing wall release to activate wall – 25/30/35/40/45 Mana Per Second – Hitting wall steals 5/10/15/20/25 +5%AP MR and Armor and units in wall take 5/10/15/20/25 +5%AP true damage.

R – (80/100/120 second cool down) Doubles the range of all abilities for 15 seconds and adds an additional effect also for 15 seconds. Passive - 20%/25%/30% of damage dealt before resistances becomes gray health. This passive is not active while the ability is on cool down. Q – Deals 5%/10%/15% of targets missing health as true damage. W – Snares and silences immediately. E – Steals +5/10/15 +10AP% of MR and Armor from target and also steals 50/60/70 MS.
