Riot cannot be sued for any of whats here.. Just because something Looks the same Doesn't mean they can take any legal action. Just because something looks the same does not mean its being copied, or artist took from it. Oh look a person who uses the power of earth must be copying from avatar because they have a character that does the same amiright LOLOOLOOLLOOLOL. If you took a 4 year old and showed they tailyah and toph. They could easily tell the difference. I get really steamed when people think that tailyah = toph, because apparently the creator of avatar owns all right to people with the power of stone.

Oh I guess you're right. That power is a bit general. About their difference, you would be right if we were talking about appearances, but I'm just saying, their abilities are almost the same.
