Champion Concept : Khalid - the Bandit Sharpshooter
#No one escapes from my scope ! ...
LORE : Sandy plates of Shurima is quite peaceful , but also has dangers it's inside. Bandits , they are one of them. They're usually come from Bilgewater or Zaun to earn some profit and shiny weapons. They usually ambushes to small convoys passes through valleys and kills the people whatever they are. Sometimes --if they are lucky--- bandits can take some people as slaves. And sells them for more gold and stuff.
But , if you ask the most dangerous bandit in the sands ... they whispers Khalid in your ear.
According to folk stories ; Once , Khalid was a notorious archer of the Demacia. He was such talented about archery and range combat. His skills were heard everywhere of Runeterra. But , after years ... in II.Kalamanda War , Khalid was founded Jericho Swain as a deficit target. And he was about to kill him. But suddenly , a unique health problem Khalid had for years , made his arms , mouth and eyes weak. And he couldn't handle this and he fell down from the cliff he was climbed. After the end of II.Kalamanda War , Khalid was taken as a prisoner in the brutal dungeons of Noxus. After 5 years of being slave and prisoner , one day guardians found Khalid's body slumped to the ground. And 1 months later , Noxian army has been announced Khalid is missing in his prison. Somebody says Khalid has been killed after he tried to escape and resurrected by techmaturgia to make Khalid serve to Noxus , somebody said Khalid is escaped and now he's looking for a chance to kill Jericho Swain again , and somebody says , the current Khalid is the evil soul of Khalid which can be resurrected by Shadow Isles.
But they only know this three facts of him ; You can't see him , you can't kill him , and YOU CAN'T PREVENT him.
ABILITIES :
Passive : Map Scrambler : ---10s cooldown after revealing
When Khalid is not attack or use an ability for 10 seconds , he scrambles the rival summoner maps and becames stealth in Rift and cannot seen in enemy maps. Khalid gains %20 bonus movement speed in Map Scrambler mode.
Q : Cutlass Combat --- 16.8s cooldown
Khalid swaps his replica sniper rifle with a cutlass and gains bonus movement speed. Also his basic attacks becomes melee attacks for 10 seconds and gives bonus AD damage.
While in Map Scrambler mode , Khalid dashes towards to an enemy in 600 range and stabs them to create a wound makes attacked enemy slow %15. Also gains bonus attack speed when out of the Map Scrambler mode while countdown is active.
W : Flash-Bang ---- 12.6 second cooldown
Khalid throws a small iron canister , bounces 3 times in a straight line to the place cursor has been pointed. And after 3 bounces , iron canister explodes and deals lots of AoE ability power. Also makes enemies blind and deaf for 1.2 seconds.
E : Demo Trap --- 1 Demo Trap stack ---- 35s cooldown after one demo trap is placed
Khalid places a demo trap which can be remote-detonated anytime by the icon above of the demo trap. When demo trap explodes , deals Area of Effect AP damage and knocks back champions , minions and monsters in it's range of effect.
Khalid carries 5 demo trap in his backpack. But after using all or one of them , Khalid can buy new demo traps from the Shop for 150 Gold.
R : Shurimian End Game ---- 98s cooldown
This ability has three effects ;
- Khalid can focus to an enemy champion in 3000 range. After 5 seconds of focus , Khalid shoots a deadly armor piercing slug which cannot effected by dodges and deals tons of AP damage. Enemies below %30 health marked as ''DECEASED'' and they dies instantly if they shot by ult.
While in Map Scrambler mode , if Khalid activates the ultimate , focus times decreases to 3 from 5.

Khalid can focus to a super-minion for 3 second. After focus time , Khalid snipes the super-minion and makes it vulnerable to capture by ally or enemy minions. If a minion walks through this null super-minion , it captures the super-minion.

Khalid can focus to a turret's core crystal in order to disable them for a while. After 5 seconds of focusing , Khalid disables the targeted turret for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds , turret regens his crystal and becames active.
*BONUS : Mini-Game | SNIPER DUEL
If Khalid and Caitlyn are on rival teams , the Sniper Duel begins after 12:00.
If Khalid or Caitlyn kills each other , they gain a SCORE for the Sniper duel. Duel ends in 5 scores.
If Khalid or Caitlyn reaches score 5 first , defeated champion is being permamently taunted because of loss , decreases the champion range %5 , and reduces attack damage %10. Also winner champion is permamently buffed by Glory of Win. Increases movement speed and attack speed %7.
Also if Khalid reaches score 5 first , he can carry Caitlyn's hat passively on himself and will make Caitlyn doesn't wear a hat. If Caitlyn reaches score 5 first , she can take Khalid's turban and she can able to put them into yordle traps.

- A tactical browny-green ghillie suit. Replica sniper rifle as a M21 Sniper Rifle , cutlass as a Machette , Flash-Bang as a modern flashbang grenade , demo traps as Claymores.
Also has tactical quotes like ; Tango down ! , Target neautrilized ... , Rolling out , over. And calls himself Sand Cape as his codename. Has special taunts to Road Warrior MF , Special Forces Gangplank and Omega Squad Teemo.
-------------High Noon Khalid--------------
- A brown/orange/scarlet red mix clothe has a long black cape and a black turban. Replica sniper rifle as a Dragunov , cutlass as a Duel Sword , Flash-Bang as a beer bottle , and demo traps as a TNT.
Also , while ultimate is in focus duration , plays The Good , The Bad and The Ugly main theme.

- Light brown colours , gray titanium armour , and a night-vision google. Weapons are also cybernetized and futuristic. Effects are cyber-browny too.
I'll draw the looking of charachter soon. I couldn't because I had less time to do it :(
