[concept] official main recognition

I see a lot on the boards that people don't really like everything that the balance team does. A lot of sylas mains for example aren't too happy about the potential changes.

We have main communities on reddit and discord like r/sylasmains and stuff like that, but those are community made and not officially endorsed to my knowledge. At the very least, I don't think riot employees/balance team members go there to ask for input.

I propose that riot creates a website or functionality that lets you select what champion/(s) you main, and have an official board for each one. This way they could use these official boards for concrete input on specific champions before making changes. Instead of getting ideas from just the balance team, they'd get input from the actual community.

Of course every main would just say "buff my champion pls", so it's not like the balance team would just do everything that the main communities ask, but I think it would make a huge difference to at least have these communities just so that they can give us more of a voice before making potentially unwanted changes to our champion.
