CHAMPION CONCEPT: Wyll, the Netherlord [Asking for Feedback]
Wyll, the Netherlord
Who is Wyll?
My design for this champion is focused around the idea of a tanky juggernaut in the top lane with a kit set to make him an unstoppable force.
What makes him unique?
His passive will change the idea of true crowd control. The longer the duration, the better one can actually hinder Wyll. With an exception to silences (which are practically useless against him), all crowd control (snares / roots, stuns, knock ups, etc.) will essentially become a root ONLY if he is affected after casting or during the cast of one of his abilities. If Wyll is using an ability and is afflicted by a stun mid-cast, the movement bonus provided by his passive is nullified, but the animation and effects of the ability still play out. This design is siphoned from Malphite's ultimate and Kalista's mobility between basic attacks.
Additionally, his kit provides an excellent way to combo during a team fight or soloing an enemy champion and burst down a target to dust. And his ultimate, a large nuke with an expanding range provides a way to contribute to team fights and also secure kills from far away.

Passive: (K)Night Supreme - Wyll's abilities cannot be stopped, and with the exception of his Ultimate, he may move in a direction while casting his abilities. Stuns and silences will not stop his abilities, but he may be afflicted afterwards if the duration is long enough. Roots and snares may inhibit his casting movement, but the ability will persist. Even death will be shortly delayed while he finishes (does not apply to basic attacks).
Q: Shadow of Discipline - Wyll slams his blade in a target direction, damaging and marking enemies. Champion kills with this ability grant stacks that increase the range of the ability as well as Wyll's basic attack range, up to a cap, and death removes 30% of the stacks.
W: The Dark Beneath - Wyll jumps and lands heavily, creating a crater and drawing in all nearby enemies by their shadows, slowing them, and granting him a base shield with bonus strength for each enemy champion drawn in. (Cannot jump over terrain).
E: Judicial Swing - Will swings his sword in a circle around him before releasing it in a target direction, damaging those around him during the swing, and the first champion hit following the throw. If a champion struck by the thrown blade was marked by Shadow of Discipline, they are briefly stunned.
Ultimate: Wyllbreaker - Wyll channels while he prepares to release the full power of his blade, Wyllbreaker. During that time, the outlined circle of the affected area expands around him and can be seen by allies and enemies. After channeling, Wyll punctures the ground beneath him with his sword, and the shadows of his enemies erupt beneath them dealing massive damage to all enemy champions caught in the ability's vast range. Enemies marked by Shadow of Discipline are also stunned.

Please note that this is a fetal concept and in early stages of development. I'm asking for feedback and cool ideas to bring this idea to life. I am still currently working on tweaking his abilities, image (working on several different depictions; this isn't just one), and in a desperate need of help with statistics for in-game play. I understand very little of the numbers behind the life of a champion.
Other than that, expect an update fairly soon, and please share your thoughts with me, and I will do my best to get back with you!
