brain storming for Hunters potion and Manamune

I wanna see how people feel about those two items and ask them self these 3 questions

1. does this item need to be removed/changed/buff/nerf/ or reworked

2. what do you believe would be the best course action (if remove or rework was choosen, then please skip this one)

3. if you want this item to be removed or reworked, please explain why, if you want it reworked, list at least 2 goals this new reworked item should accomplish this goal

I wish i have an idea for these items, but i don't see a goal in them that can help me get there
