Suggestion on the end of a game LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN

So its simple really, you know how at the end of a game everybody usually casts their ult or ability spams? Of course you do because u problably do it. But when the nexus blows up what if everything "freezes". Idk if its possible to do rito but hey i mean seeing a lux ult and a thresh box stay there at the end of the game would be awesome!!!!
