Alright so I need some help form the League community with my man Kassadin. Since hes been nerfed sooo much whats the best stuff to build on him anymore and what masteries should u be running on him?? Hes lost so much potential since the season 3 season 4 range. Just need some thoughts on our guy Kassadin from the community and Riot lets make him classy again with the ult Range pls.

this is probably a standard build for him at this time.
If you were ahead and you wanted to you could go lich bane, however if your team is behind or even close to even it can be a pretty greedy build path.
He isn't a bad champion, there are just better options. With enough practice and skill he could be a monster in solo queue.
I find that you shouldn't take him if the enemies are kinda tanky, his damage is too rotational but in a typical build I will go Rod of Ages, Sorc Boots Zhonyas Sheen Void Staff and maybe Deathcap then finish off Lich Bane
I see people build Ionian or Swiftness boots but I find Kassadin to be terrible against MR stackers, so the less MR I have to deal with, the better in my opinion. Now that Merc scimitar is more popular, and Maw is really good now, I find sorc boots to be irreplacable
his winrate has been pretty shitty for a while. hes good. but really only if the enemy lets you to get kills.
i wouldn't take him against any ad champion mid. or any tanky ap champ like malzahar or swain. but against squishy champs that don't do well with gap closers. since his base damages and ratios are low for a mage.
is a nice build . though honestly i usually sub for an archangel staff instead of the rabadons. or instead of the zhonyas depending on the matchup. since you need all that mana for consecutive ults. and the shield on it is nice
my build is usually more like this 
anyway really archangel with roa gives you almost as much ap as the rabadons and its passive.
i'd take cooldown runes and stuff. and magic pen.
I'd sub for a voidstaff instead of abyssal if there isn't any magic damage threat. but you know. u ususually want to pick kass into ap mids
