Sion's friend and rival, both is Swain? How? Can someone explain this to me? Or is it something wrong?

In very brief: Sion's mind was torn to bits by the zombification process (or whatever word would be appropriate). Swain is his master and directs him, but Swain is also the guy who screwed him over and has made him an utter monster.
Whether or not Swain is his friend depends on how much he remembers.
Living guy Sion liked Swain, dead Sion doesn't like anyone.
