Cloud Drake bugged? O_O
Randomly when playing AP tryndamere, found this Cloud drake movement speed never goes off. Like wtf, you hit minions you still have it, even champions (dunno about this).
this is insanely op to dodge skill shots and hit minions without losing ur mobility.
