Okay, I just now in ranked noticed, as I was playing Yasuo his Q refreshes earlier, I hoep you get me. Can anyone confirm this? Because it felt A LOT shorter when I was stacking Q.

His Q's CD is based on attack speed. Maybe you accidentally had the wrong page which had attack speed in it.
