Luna, Spirit of Luminescence
READ THIS! This is a chosen not a champion, it is my own design and does not belong to the world of Runeterra. Luna belongs to the Universe of Estria which has it's own story, chosen, factions, planets, etc.

LORE: Luna is the most pure of all spirits, she spent her years in church with her loving parents guiding her to always do what is right. Luna had gone to a show in town with a multitude of her friends. This act was built up to be the best act the small city of Fisher’s cove had ever seen. The sign read “Virgil, The elusive hypnotist.” She volunteered to take the stage and when she did she was put to sleep. She had dreams of a pleasant angel. Bright green eyes whispering a beautiful chant. And suddenly her dream turned to a nightmare, the angel turned demonic and was killing everyone she loved. The Angel went through a door after murdering them and when she chased him the door closed before she could exit and her mind grew dark. She wept silently but then the atmosphere changed, it got bright and there appeared to be an exit above. She quickly flew through it, leaving her body and appearing into the empty room. She left immediately seeking council of Quintell, the high priest having no memory of what had happened. Yet she did not realize that she left behind her limp body, she became a spirit.
Luna engaged Quintell who was reading the word of Maria and attempted to talk to him, he did not respond to her. She became screaming and the room grew brighter but he still did not respond to her. Luna then put her hand on Quintell and her vision grew dark for a second and then she was reading the word of Maria, she was seeing out of the eyes of Quintell.
Quintell sensed a spirit inside of him and spoke_, "who is there!? Begone Spirit!" and with that he slammed his hammer shaft on the ground and luna was cast outside of his body but she was brighter and visible. "Luna is that you? Darling what happened to you?"
Luna: "What do you mean?" Quintell: "Sweetheart, you are a spirit, you are in limbo between heaven and hell, your conscious has left your body." Luna: "WHAT!?" Quintell: "What do you last remember doing?" Luna: "Me and some friends went to a hypnotist show called "Virgil, the elusive hypnotist" and when I woke up the room was empty. I remember a nightmare of some sort, there was this beautiful angel that looked perfect, and then he turned dark and evil, and he…he…" Quintell: "what is it luna?" Luna: "He killed my parents! My friends! Even you!" she fell in silence.
Quintell sent his priests out to check on her parents and to research who this virgil character is.
Quintell: "My priests are back, your parents bodies are also unconscious, but my priests could sense their spirits so their spirits did no leave their bodies like yours did. We will keep them at the church. As far as your body…we could not recover it. I'm sorry to say this but you cannot regain consciousness until you find the angel spirit that left your body and defeat him, and then you can reenter your body. Luna: "What do you mean defeat him? like he is a living being?" Quintell: "Yes, Virgil has many convictions among many cities and planets. He draws nightmares out of people and causes havoc on cities for unknown reasons. But being that you are a spirit of light, I reckon that the angel was not a nightmare, that he actually made a piece of you a separate being. He drew all of you that was evil and made an evil being. Luna: "How do I stop him?" Quintell: "You are a spirit now, and a spirit of light at that. You should have gained powers that are not of this world, it seems you have already gained the power to enter other beings and to become invisible and visible, find what you can do and use that to defeat him. But you must move quickly, he sweeps from town to town, putting many to sleep and raising an army of nightmares, I do not know what he is intending on doing but it can only be one of evil intent." Luna: "Yes Quintell, I will bring him to the light"

abilities
Passive: Luminescence
Luna is invisible to the mortal eye meaning she is stealthed, when she auto attacks or or uses abilities she gets brighter bringing her out of stealth. At 50 luminescence her abilities get slightly better and at 100 luminescence her attacks do part of her AP as damage on hit.
Q: Beam of Light Sends out two light beams striking 2 closest enemies prioritizing champions, each time an enemy champion is struck she gets a boost of MS up to 5 stacks ---at 50 luminescence the damage is increased Cooldown: 5 seconds
W: Light Fleeting Luna quickly splits her light particles, separating from sight and nullifying any damage at that instant and reappearing at a target location in the direction of her mouse ---at 50 luminescence this cooldown is reduced by .5 second each time an enemy champion is struck with Beam of Light Charges 2: gain 1 charge every 16 seconds, 2 second cooldown between uses
E: Mind Hop Luna jumps into the thoughts of a nearby enemy reducing the damage she takes from that target by a large amount and increasing the damage she does to that target, ---at 50 luminescence the duration is increased
R: Pulsating Light
Pulsates light from her dealing damage to all enemies and structures and knocking back enemies ---at 50 luminescence the knock back distance is heavily increased
Charges 2: gain 1 charge every 30 seconds, 4 second cooldown between uses
