Unnanounced Skin Splash Updates
I've seen new splash arts for Badger Teemo and Noxus Poppy recently while playing league but can't find any sort of announcement anywhere stating this was happening or a list of other splash arts (if any) that were also updated.
These are the updates if you're unfamiliar btw. http://www.leaguesplash.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Badger-Teemo.jpg http://img3.leaguecraft.com/lol-splash-art/asset/wallpaper_760px_8932.jpg
