I don't have access to the PBE and am wondering how Runaans works on the preseason Graves, or if it works at all. I haven't been able to find any videos or comments about this yet, so any firsthand information that can be provided would be great. Thank you!

Yes this was the first thing i thought of when i saw graves rework.

i assume its just 2 extra bolts, but for decreasing quickdraw cooldown it seems really good. now you can stack true grit for 120 mr/armor O.O id say get some cdr + runaans and stack that shit.
