Her kit doesn't seem too bad, why does nobody play her?

No one plays her because her early game is absolutely terrible. She gets out dueled and out tanked early by pretty much everyone since she can't deal any damage. She scales rather well, but you really aren't building AP on her so its kind of a waste. She is just in a really rough spot and anyone who knows how to jungle will eat her up.
She is just underrated, seems to happen about with the freljord champs
Very item and level dependent.
Terribad early game, not too great of damage, a lot of tanks are better than her in ways, also counterjungling Sejuani is R.I.P. for her.
