“Master Marksman” Passive: Lyvansa basic abilities and every third basic attack marks the enemy with a hunter mark making them take 30% bonus damage lasting for 3 seconds.

“Thas’vorah” (Second passive I made for her) Passive: Every Lyvansa 4th attack summons three winds arrows from Thas’vorah targeting the same target doing 50% of your normal attack damage.

“Sharp Winds” Q: Lyvansa uses the power of Thas’vorah (bow of the Wind God) to summon five wind arrows on the sides of Lyvia and after .5 seconds the fly to the a target location doing (blank) damage for each wind arrow.

“Precise eye” W: Lyvansa fires a shot at all targets marked with hunter mark dealing (Blank) damage and causing Lyvansa next attack against them to summon 3 wind arrow to target at the same target dealing 50% of Lyvansa normal attack damage.

“Wind’s Wrath” E: Lyvansa slams Thas’vorah into the ground summoning a blast of wind knocking back nearby enemy units dealing (blank) damage and slows them for 65%.

“Thas’vorah might/windburst” (Idk which name better) R 1: Lyvansa channels the full power of Thas’vorah to focus on on target making her move 45% faster when chasing that target, and doing 25% increase damage, also every “Master Marksman” Passive: Lyvansa basic abilities and every third basic attack marks the enemy with a hunter mark making them take 30% bonus damage lasting for 3 seconds.

“Thas’vorah might/windburst” (Idk which name better) R 1: Lyvansa channels the full power of Thas’vorah to focus on on target making her move 45% faster when chasing that target, and doing 25% increase damage, also every Lyvansa auto attack summons 3 wind arrows doing 35% of her normal damage targeting her target, the effect last for 10 seconds. After the effect ends Lyvansa is slowed by 10% and her passive is disabled for 8 seconds.

“Heavenly Winds” R 2: Lyvansa channels all the wind power of Thas’vorah into one arrow (after it shoots it looks like a eagle made out of wind) Lyvia need to wait for 4 seconds before she can shoot while waiting Lyvansa is slowed by 50% after 4 seconds Lyvansa can shoot the arrow in a straight line going through all champions and structures dealing (blank) damage to all enemy stuff hit by the arrow also, the arrow leaves behind a trail of wind slowing all enemies in the trail by 25% and increase ally movement speed by 30% auto attack summons 3 wind arrows doing 35% of her normal damage targeting her target, the effect last for 10 seconds. After the effect ends Lyvansa is slowed by 10% and her passive is disabled for 8 seconds.

I like it. But I feel with being wind based she should be more focused on attack speed than a track damage? You know? Like conceptually when I think of wind I think of speed and fluidity

Also please notice that I made a mistake in the ultimate, just go pass the one after wind's wrath. And I really can't edit it out cause Riot editing system just doesn't work very well x.x.

Here my idea of it

Wind shear- Passive: your AA and abilities apply stacks to an enemy champion. After 3 stacks You mark them as "exposed". when an enemy is exposed, they have reduced armor and magic resist

Thas’vorah- Passive: when Lyvansa attacks a marked target she gains X move speed and X% attack speed for Xs.

Stinging Winds- Q: Lyvansa fires her bow at such high speed for Xs a stream of wind arrows leave her bow dealing X physical damage.

Eye Of Aeos- W: Lyvansa fires her bow to the sky. This increases the effect of "exposure" by 50%. exposed targets have their mark consumed and are slowed by X% for Xs. And dealt magic damge.

Wrath Of Aeolus E: Lyvansa draws Thas’vorah's sting readying a blast of wind knocking back nearby enemy units dealing X magic damage and slows them for 65%.

Thas’vorah's Fury R: Lyvansa pours all her spirit in to her bow achieving an ultimate state. Passive- gain X move speed to exposed targets. Active-When activated your AA animation is cast while moving and you do not cancel your move command.
