so clearly in his splash you see he has fingers, meanwhile in his ingame he has no fingers! it's like one of those Bakery gloves!

this bothers me beyond believe as Warden Nautilus is by far my Favorite skin, can we give him his fingers?

In nearly all cases, the in game model will be slightly different than the splash art - whether it be due to lighting, or a slight color change. The in-game model uses a very different medium. While we need to make sure the champion in game can be read from game height, and the color aren't muddled together, these kinds of things aren't necessarily a problem when it comes to creating the splash art.
This is probably the worst .gif I've made, but I wanted to demonstrate that he does have fingers in the in-game model! :]
The fingers look defined on the left side. Right side isn't clear enough.
