Who could use an Arcade skin?

The arcade skin line is real cool, so who do you think could use it? Arcade Ziggs and/or Arcade Vlad would be pretty cool.

The Arcade line is already finished with Jungle - Hecarim Top - Riven Mid - possibly Brand, was teased in the arcade summoners rift (if you look toplane you see a dead arcade brand) ADC - Miss Fortune Supp - Sona Although it's my favourite skin line so I'd be glad to see more, no need to stop at a full team comp, I'd like an arcade Vi, Lux, or Lulu

Lulu: Pix - Could be like Links Navi R - could have arcade style text that says something like "Level up!" when you use it, or maybe a mushroom or something (from mario 1-ups) Her wand/staff could be a classic pixelated RPG or old-school final fantasy staff

Lux: pretty self explanatory, lots of flashy lights, just make 'em arcade-y looking and you've got yourself a skin, maybe lux could wear similar clothes to Riven and Sona?

VI: Massive. Arcade. Fists. Like the hand from super smash bros, or she could even be wearing the Power Glove, or even something like the massive veigar hand when final boss veigar uses emotes. Her Q could have an arcade style charge-up bar above her head or something, like the overdrive system from final fantasy Her W stacks would be awesome arcade style as well...

Even some more final boss skins would be awesome as well though

Arcade Vi and/or Lulu are some of the best idea's I've heard of so far. Those would be pretty sick. especially Lulu ult saying "LEVEL UP!" On cast. Arcade Ziggs would fit pretty well too imo, and his Ult could say "Game Over!" where it is going to hit.

I like the sound of that arcade ziggs, especially his ultimate, maybe even an arcade nasus would be cool, and every set amount of stacks (like 100 stacks or something) he gets a "level up!" animation above him and his model changes, and there could be a level counter above his head? or arcade kennen, and when he ults instead of lightning there are heaps of space invaders shooting down little bullets?

Karma would be cool. They could do a lot with her spells/particles and her Mantra of Decorum (the thing that floats behind her).

Secrete Boss Twitch and Raid Boss Nasus would be sick. Some other cool ideas I saw were Arcade Vi and Arcade Lulu. When Lulu ults it says "LEVEL UP!".

I personally think Arcade Ziggs would be pretty kewl with his ult saying "Game Over (Powering down noise)"
