The two aren't even comparable. Kai'Sa is stylish at least, this is like something out of a manga comic almost. And it's not just about showing skin - far from it. This...thing...has idiotic hips and I can almost see her nipples. Not to mention the disgusting emphasis on her...uhh... Let's just say underwear area, whether it was intentional or not. No K/DA skin has any of this. Hell, Kitty Kat Katarina doesn't have it either.
I'm going to say it again, if this gets remade into something sensible I can totally see it happening. But not in its current form.

Just because a champion violates a rule ""more"" than a certain other, doesn't mean that "the other" is acceptable. Kai'sa, sexually, is wrong in every way (even in-game it's a massive exaggeration) and Riot asserted that themselves. But this one isn't any greater. Also, in what way are KDA skins designed to be erotic? I have a good counter-example. Akali. I don't see any sexualized attitude or art when it comes to her. Plus, I believe the reason most people liked her was because of the neon-style (plus, her role in the song as the rapper).
But again, this skin isn't any greater and is terribly over-sexualized. Sure, it's cool and all that shit but I would hate seeing such a skin for such champion being released in this manner. All in all, props for the creator, but this skin should not be (and never will be, because thank you Riot Games) released. Also ... for the love of god, the fuck's wrong with her emotionless look?

This isn't a Kata trait. Just Riot's idiotic vision of an assassin who'd never dress the ways she did in all her skins except for Warring Kingdoms and Deathsworn. Granted, in this one she isn't an assassin because alternate universes. She can show skin as a K/DA member. But make it stylish, like the others, not looking like the author put those clothes there just because they can't paint her completely nude as a skin concept.
In other words - a woman can be sexy and attractive without having to dress like a hooker.

No, I get it. It's a K/DA skin and it's supposed to be underdressed. I think the author took that a notch too far, that's it. I guess I expected something closer to Akali than Kai'Sa or Evelynn.
