INNATE: The technology implomented inside Narcos gains more functions and improves as he progresses through the game based on level.

PASSIVE - Drilling Bullets: Enemies who get shot with these bullets take physical damage over time for 2 seconds.
Damage over time: 45 / 65 / 85 / 105 / 125 [+ 80% bonus AD]
PASSIVE - NANO_PEX Bonus: Shot bullets now stay inside enemy units for 5 seconds, deals more damage as well as signals where they are, revealing them even if they enter Fog of War.
Damage over time: 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 [+ 90% bonus AD]

ACTIVE: Narcos boots allow him to dash to a chosen area, can be activated 2 more times after the first use.
Hold ACTIVE - NANO_PEX Bonus: Narcos boots now upgrade to have a jet function allowing him to jump over walls once upon holding instead of clicking when activating the ability

ACTIVE: Narcos scans all targets in front of him marking all units, Narcos is still able to move while he is scanning targets. Attacks against marked units all critically strike.
Mark Duration: 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7.5 Seconds
PASSIVE - NANO_PEX Bonus: Attacks gainst marked units now increase critical strike damage by 25%.

ACTIVE: Narcos Reinforces all the damage that was done to his tech, refunding the cooldown of all of his abilities besides this one.
