This build mainly consists of powering up your Q damage
Main Reason: Everything I mentioned here works with Q since it applies on-hit effects for both hits.

You can, though I usually upgrade boots if I need some Tenacity or Swifties against consistent slow.

MF base AD at level 18 is 71, so essentially a tri force sheen proc will deal 142 additional damage. You would be much better off with a big AD item or more pen.
For example, getting an essence reaver, the crit alone will deal 70AD x 2.5 crit = 175 additional damage on not just the Q bounce but all of your autos. Not to mention all of her other AD ratios in her kit (Q and passive in particular).

Yeah, triforce might not be a good item compared to others for miss fortune but I wanted to spice things up a bit and make this somewhat different.

With this build she is actually quite mobile.
Passive = +40 movement speed while out of combat
Miss Fortune W = +100 movement speed while not attacked (can be activated to reset the cooldown)
= 5% movement speed + 20 movement speed when you basic attack
= 5% movement speed
= 5% movement speed
Total: +160 movement speed / +15% movement speed

Sire Hippington1 votesReplace trinity with either raw ador more lethality and rapidfire wirh ER and you're actually getting somewhere... Trinity and rapid/shiv only proc on the first target, not the bounce, though shive very likely bounces to the target aswell so it still works. Also, her ad-ratios are massive, and her base ad is pathetic, so more ad is far better than trinity or the rapid proc for her. IF you get an IE crit, you look at a 3.5ad ratio thx to her passive, so an 80ad item would give 280 more damage. Even if trinity would proc on the second, which it doesn't, it only would ad 247 with proc+AD. And the ult reaches 12 ad (up to 14.4 with crit), so trinity only grants 300damage to it while an 80ad item would give 960...

EyesOfTheFox1 votesI know this post is old, but with the recent marksmen item changes and the fiasco bot lane, Ive been thinking of this as a first item. I really like it on Lucian, so I think I'll test it out on MF. Wouldnt hurt to try. If its trash I'll experience it the hard way~
