[Champion Creation] Malus- The Mastered Sword (2.0)

Malus is a melee assassin, as well as a pay for hire mercenary. He had many contacts to assassinate or destroy entire clans or powerful people.

Lore: 2nd Contract- You will go this Ionian village to persuade their elder to train our Noxian soldiers. We will go to war with them, use this to go to him. If he refuses you can kill him, use your special technique to frame Yasuo. Your existence will be kept a secret, I will pay you $$$$$

_3rd Contract- You will travel to a different Ionian village. This one belongs to Master Yi, but it is hidden. Passive- Nitoryu Malus fights with two swords. For every second auto attack, he momentarily gains movement speed based on how much damage his previous auto attack did. In addition he also heals for a small percentage of the damage dealt.

Q- Blade Gale Malus summons a tornado to a certain location. The tornado follows the same corresponding path Malus is walking. Auto attacks and spells can be casted from the tornado.

W- Santoryu Passive- When out of combat, his next auto attack slows his target for a long duration. Active- Malus unsheathes his third sword sword. He gains double the attack speed for a certain duration, in that duration his third auto attack will always critically strike.

E- Unseen Umbra Malus focuses on his surroundings and looses all presence. He dashes toward the closest unit in a straight line, during the dash he is untargetable.

R- Merciful Malus's grand display of mercy. When a champion reaches a certain percent of hp left they get marked with **Judgement **. Only one champion can be marked with Judgement at a time, when they do they are rooted for a long duration. Malus's next auto attack or spell that hits the target are executed. However, Judgement only shows that they reached a certain percentage of hp left, since it doesn't go away they can survive if they manage to heal enough.

Thoughts & Explanations Starting off with the Q ability: It is basically Zed's shadow except it can move and has longer range. Next with his W ability: This is to help Malus from getting kited. Also to add more burst damage. To explain, his auto attacks from his tornado and his own auto attacks aren't the same, meaning if played correctly can lead to the target getting hit twice with just one attack. Malus's passive adds to the burst damage along with the W ability to finish the target off. His passive can also be used to sustain him in lane, his Q ability can also be a farm tool as well.

Malus is more zone based, he can assassinate a target from far away, but he can also 1v1 the enemy top laner very well. Just to clarify, his ultimate will have an indication when a target can be executed but it can't leave the target even if they are safe from execution. That's why his ultimate is named "Merciful" and is just part of the gamble. To help ensure you execute your target before they heal is where his E ability comes into play. I was thinking he should gain a burst of movement speed at least equal to Udyr's E when Udyr is fed and has the needed items (Guessing it would be around 800 move speed).

Maybe there is too much in his kit that benefits him, if so leave a comment explaining what the ability is and why it's too strong.

Lore Explained His existence is unknown by many, even still he makes a living being a pay for hire mercenary. His job was simple with his strength, he could blow away entire armies at will, he grew too arrogant. He was unable to complete his first official contract, he kept it an absolute secret to others. He was hired by an Ionian elder to kill one of his students. At the time he didn't think of it seriously, he thought that he wanted him to test to strength of his disciple. What he didn't realize, the disciple was possessed by immense power, in the end his contractor was killed. He was forced to flee, he wasn't too stupid to fight a new power, it was a power he never saw before. After years of forgetting, he treats all of his contracts as his life, the next contract he didn't complete is now suicide for him.
